Heavy Duty Export Reviews & Customer Ratings

HEAVY DUTY EXPORT SALES AND SERVICES TEXAS

Used equipment dealer in Waxahachie, Texas · heavydutyexport.com (official website)

Company overview

Heavy Duty Export Sales and Services Texas presents itself as a used agricultural equipment dealer that sells tractors and heavy machinery from a single yard at 900 Solon Rd in Waxahachie, Texas. Its website says each listing carries the dealer's own photos, the current hour-meter reading and an asking price, that buyers are welcome to inspect machines before paying, and that delivery can be arranged anywhere in the United States.

Although the site's marketing copy focuses on tractors, the inventory published on October 15, 2026 was broader: tracked skid steer loaders, telehandlers, dozers, mini excavators and wheel loaders alongside MFWD tractors.

The About page says the company has been part of the construction and agriculture business since 1933. It says the Waxahachie yard opened in 2019 and previously operated as Harter Equipment, a tractor dealership founded in the late 1960s. It lists nine locations nationwide. These history statements are the dealer’s own and have not been confirmed by this platform.

This page is published by Machinery Dealer Reviews, a third-party review platform, and is not the dealer’s official website. Business details were read from the dealer’s site on October 15, 2026. Heavy Duty Export customer reviews and ratings on this page come only from buyers who submitted them under our Review Policy.

Business Services and Strengths

Dealer-published

Services the dealer describes on its own website, paraphrased. They are listed to help buyers know what to ask about; this platform has not tested any of them.

  • Public inventory with photos, hours and prices

Listings can be browsed without a login or quote request. Each one shows the dealer's photos, the hour-meter reading and an asking price, with filters for tractors, price under $150,000 and under 2,000 hours.

  • Inspection welcome, including your own mechanic

The dealer invites buyers to the Waxahachie yard to cold-start a machine, drive it and test loaders or hydraulics under load, and says it encourages third-party inspections.

  • Nationwide delivery or self pick-up

The dealer says it can arrange trucking anywhere in the United States with a quote provided first, or buyers can collect from the lot. Loading and securing onto a buyer's own trailer is offered free of charge.

  • Direct contact before you travel

A phone number and sales email are published on every page. The dealer says it will pull maintenance records and answer questions before a visit, and usually replies the same day.

  • Financing through equipment lenders

The dealer states it works with a small number of equipment lenders for buyers who need financing, and accepts direct payment otherwise.

  • Buys machines from owners

The dealer says it buys clean, working tractors outright from owners, based on photos and details sent in or a visit to the yard.

Equipment Inspection and Delivery

Dealer-published

How the dealer says buyers can check a machine before paying, and how it says machines leave the yard.

Inspection options

  • Visit the yard at 900 Solon Rd, Waxahachie, TX and start the machine cold.
  • Drive it and run loaders or hydraulics under load; the dealer says the lot has room to do this.
  • Bring your own mechanic or arrange a third-party inspection. The dealer says it encourages this.
  • Ask for maintenance records before the trip. The dealer says it will pull them on request.

This platform has not inspected any machine at the yard. These are the dealer's published terms for inspections.

Nationwide delivery and pick-up

  • The dealer says it can arrange trucking to the buyer's site anywhere in the United States and that a clear quote is given first.
  • Buyers can instead pick up from the lot. The dealer offers free help loading and securing a machine onto the buyer's trailer, and asks that the truck and trailer be rated for the weight.
  • The dealer states that paperwork is handled the same day whether the machine is collected or shipped.

Delivery prices are not published on the website. Get the freight cost, timeline and who carries transit insurance in writing before paying a deposit.

Buying Process and Purchasing Terms

Dealer-published

The five-step process and the terms published on the dealer's How It Works page, followed by general guidance that applies to any used equipment purchase.

Published buying process

  1. Browse the inventory

Every listing shows photos, current hours and an asking price. Filters cover tractors, price under $150,000 and under 2,000 hours.

  2. Ask questions or schedule a visit

Message from a listing or call. The dealer says it will pull maintenance records and answer questions before you make the trip.

  3. Inspect it in person

Start it cold, drive it and check it over at the Waxahachie yard. The dealer says it would rather you find a problem there than after delivery.

  4. Finance or pay outright

The dealer works with a handful of equipment lenders if financing is needed, or accepts direct payment.

  5. Take delivery

Drive it off the lot or have the dealer arrange trucking to your site. Paperwork is handled the same day, according to the dealer.

Deposits, fees, tax and financing

Deposits and holds
Units are sold first-come, first-served. To hold a specific machine while transport or financing is arranged, the dealer requires a non-refundable deposit.
Fees and sales tax
The dealer says there are no hidden dealer fees: the agreed price plus applicable sales tax is the total. Its FAQ refers to New Jersey sales tax even though the published yard is in Texas, so confirm the tax treatment in writing.
Tax-exempt buyers
Buyers with a sales-tax exemption are asked to bring their exemption form.
Financing
Financing is described only as being available through a small number of equipment lenders. Rates, terms and lender names are not published.

Buyer guidance before you pay

Platform guidance

General precautions from Machinery Dealer Reviews; not specific to this dealer. They double as an outline when you write a review.

  • Equipment condition

Compare the machine to the listing photos and hours, check for leaks, cold-start behavior and error codes, and inspect undercarriage wear on tracked machines.

  • Inspection

Inspect in person or hire an independent inspector. Confirm the serial plate matches the paperwork before paying anything beyond a documented deposit.

  • Transportation

Get the freight quote in writing, ask who insures the load in transit, and note any damage on the bill of lading before the carrier leaves.

  • Communication

Keep price, deposit terms, delivery cost and any promises about condition in writing, not only by phone.

  • Documentation

Expect an invoice or bill of sale with the serial number, a lien release where applicable, tax paperwork and any written warranty terms.

  • Bought from this dealer?

Reviews are published with your display name and submission date. Attach an invoice or bill of sale to have the review marked as a verified purchase.

Sources and Methodology

How this profile was researched and exactly which sources were relied on. Last checked October 15, 2026.

What Machinery Dealer Reviews did

  • Read the public pages of heavydutyexport.com (home, About, How It Works, Inventory) and recorded the business details, categories, listings and terms as published.
  • Queried the Verisign .com registry (RDAP) for the domain’s registration record.
  • Opened a TLS connection to confirm the certificate issuer and validity dates, and checked that plain HTTP requests redirect to HTTPS.
  • Consulted a third-party profile of the dealer (scamradarix.com) only as a research lead for which pages and facts to check. No customer reviews, ratings or review counts from that site were used.

What it did not do

Nobody from this platform visited the yard, called the phone number, tested the email address, checked state business filings, inspected a machine or completed a purchase. Statements marked “dealer-published” were recorded as found and may change at any time. Inventory counts and prices are snapshots. Public business information such as an address, phone number or HTTPS certificate is ordinary for any business website and is not evidence of how a sale will go.

Customer reviews and the rating summary on this page come only from buyers who submitted them to this platform under the Review Policy. If you operate heavydutyexport.com and believe something here is inaccurate, the sources listed show what was relied on; corrections can be requested through the Contact page.
